Pneumaveyors
The CTS ‘Pneumaveyor’ spent grains discharger unit is a heavy-duty machine designed to operate under the most arduous conditions for many years with very little attention. The machine may comprise a short unit with discrete simple hoppered inlet spout or full-length discharge compression screw flanged at the inlet to suit a dump tank. Pneumaveyors are generally of stainless steel construction but galvanised mild steel can be offered as an option.
Spent Grain Silo Discharge Screws
CTS design and supply spent grain silo dischargers with or without intergral bridge breakers dependant on application and product moisture content. Features such as drainage screens, drip trays and automatic outlet slides can be incorporated.
